It's not a classic, and it's not incredibly innovative, but MORBID VISIONS is a solid melodic death metal album that any fan of the heavier side of the style should be able to get into. Fans of Bolt Thrower, Amon Amarth, and the like should give this one a spin - you may not put it in your top ten favorites, but you'll definitely enjoy it.

NIGHTRAGE is the Greek melodic death band formed by guitarists Marios Iliopoulos and Gus G.After recording 2 albums they have moved from Century Media to the German label Lifeforce, and in addition there have been some major line-up changes. Gone are guitarist Gus G. (who is now concentrating solely on Firewind) and lead singer Tomas Lindberg(ex "at the gates") . New in the band this time around are vocalist Jimmie Strimmel and drummer Alex Svenningson, who join returning members Marios Iliopoulos (guitar) and Henric Clarcson (bass), and since the recording of the album the band has added a second guitarist named Constantine.
Despite the line-up changes nightrage didn't loose their authenticity and this third full lenghth album shows the world how Gothenburg sound must sounds.Jimmie Strimmel use piercing screams intermixed with occasional clean vocals so this third album sounds close to the previous two. A New Disease Is Born is actually a very heavy album , just presented in a very melodic way that only Marios Iliopoulos can do.
